He was Law Clerk for Mr. Justice V.N. Khare, Chief Justice of India, in 2003.
He is Member, Advisory Committee on Regulation, Competition Commission of India.
His areas of specialization include Competition Law & Policy, Regulation, WTO and Economic Analysis of Law.
He is currently Coordinator for the Distance Education Department of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore .
He has several publications in leading law journals to his credit.
