Objectives:
to build constructive and critical collaboration with all key actors and stakes holders in the Juvenile Justice System
- to develop sound south based juvenile jurisprudence, policy, law and system reform
- to develop and institutionalize child friendly perspective, procedures and practices in the administration of justice
- to bridge gaps and reduce the divisions caused by dichotomies that are antithetical to the child rights movement by facilitating the development of grounded knowledge and social change through Participatory Action Research
- To evolve into a centre of excellence on juvenile justice
