Due to the COVID pandemic lockdowns, we are unable to commence the new academic year on campus for our regular graduate and under-graduate programmes. We are committed to maintaining our academic calendar while ensuring that our students, faculty and staff are not exposed to any undue risks arising from the pandemic.

The MPP 2020 batch commenced term in mid-July 2020.
All other batches commenced term on July 1, 2020. Classes began online on July 6, 2020.
No physical classes will be held during this Academic Term. However, online classes will continue on schedule.
Given the ongoing COVID pandemic, the University has made it possible for all students to continue their academic programme online while remaining safe at home. As we’ve received a few direct requests, and others from student representatives, that some of you have to be on campus for academic reasons, we are facilitating your return at the start of term by making necessary medical arrangements.
However, no student from the current batches or the incoming BA LLB (Hons) and LLM 2020 batch is mandatorily required to return to campus in the Nov ’20 – Jan ’21 academic term.
The Student Academic Council has conveyed that students have collectively resolved to continue with online classes but permit a voluntary opt-in for students to reside at the Hostels. Students may opt-in to reside in the Hostels by choosing this option on the online forms shared with them before Wednesday, October 21 2020.
