This is a standalone course.

The focus is on equipping students with the practical knowledge and skill regarding child  rights litigation, i.e., drafting and arguing, child related cases. Formats of FIRs, applications,  orders, written submissions, etc., will be shared with students.

The course will include general tips that relate to litigation and special tips that relate to  litigating under specific child-related legislations.
