Profile
Vaneesha serves as an External Member on POSH Committees, committed to enabling fair and just proceedings in workplace sexual harassment matters. She works closely with organisations to ensure compliance, conduct impartial inquiries, and foster safe and inclusive work environments by conducting interactive POSH awareness sessions for employees. Prior to working in this area, Vaneesha has also spent over a decade in the law firm and policy spaces, specialising in copyright law, data protection and technology law, as well as working with NGOs in India and the US on environmental law.
Research Interests
- Advising on copyright and data protection queries as an independent practitioner
- Enabling POSH compliance for client organisations as a legal consultant with SASHA
