Profile
Aditi joined NLSIU in February 2025 as a Research Assistant (Legal) at the Centre for Child and the Law, where she was part of the Centre’s ‘Right to Food’ team. She worked with Dr. Neetu Sharma on supporting State governments in framing rules under the National Food Security Act. During her time at the Centre, she also served as a Teaching Assistant to Prof. Babu Mathew.
Aditi has worked on Right to Education issues across various districts of Bihar and served as a Legal Consultant for FaMeTN (MSME Department, Government of Tamil Nadu).
Her experiences across these domains have shaped her research interest in understanding the collective potential of labour law and its relationship with the broader field of law and development, particularly within the social protection framework.
