Sindhu is a policy researcher committed to advancing workers’ rights through grassroots and evidence-based research.

She holds an M.A. in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University (APU). Her work focusses on women workers in the informal sector, with a focus on livelihoods and labour rights in digitalising economies.

At IT for Change, she has actively contributed to building worker-centric frameworks for digital labour platforms.
