Rajneesh Jaswal is the Co-Founder of CADRE ODR, an award-winning legal technology startup in the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) sector. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (1999). Prior to co-founding CADRE ODR, Rajneesh worked as an in-house legal and public policy leader, advising multinational corporations and high-growth startups in India and internationally on legal strategy, regulatory engagement, and governance frameworks.

Rajneesh has been actively engaged in advancing the Online Dispute Resolution ecosystem in India through institutional initiatives, professional engagement, and collaborations with industry and policy stakeholders. His work contributes to broader efforts toward technology-driven justice delivery systems that enhance efficiency while promoting fair and accessible dispute resolution mechanisms.
