Kanchan is the Co-Founder of CADRE ODR, an award-winning legal technology startup in the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) sector. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering with distinction in Electronics and Communication (1999) from PESIT, Bengaluru. Prior to founding CADRE ODR, Kanchan worked as a Digital Transformation Specialist, guiding businesses in the adoption of digital practices and technology-driven operational systems.

Kanchan has been actively involved in advancing the Online Dispute Resolution ecosystem in India through capacity-building initiatives, professional training programmes, and collaborations with industry and institutional stakeholders. Her work contributes to broader efforts toward technology-driven justice delivery systems that enhance efficiency while expanding access to dispute resolution mechanisms.
