Profile

Vincy Davis is a researcher and educator working at the intersection of public policy, governance, and communication. She has over 12 years of experience in policy research, with a particular interest in how policy ideas are translated into practice and communicated to different audiences. Since 2021, she has taught policy writing and communication at the Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP), New Delhi, where her work has included developing policy case studies for the Government of India and co-developing a Policy Writing course for civil servants on the iGOT platform, which has reached over 3.5 lakh learners to date.

Through her initiative, Vincoms Media, she undertakes policy research and communication consulting and designs learning programmes for diverse audiences. Previously, she was a researcher at the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. She is also certified in Public Policy Analysis by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and in Learning & Development by KPMG.
