Primarily, this optional seminar course takes within its fold select sector or subject matter specific Commercial Transactions (CTs). Core focus is on:
· How these CTs are structured?
· What kind of Risk Management practices are deployed?
· How disputes pertaining to these Commercial Transactions are being adjudicated by Courts constituted under Commercial Courts Act, 2015?
Choice of materials include, statutes, judicial decisions, research articles and select text books.
This Course entails, lectures, interactive discussions and group assignments.
