Profile
Dhananjay Kumar advises leading banks and financial institutions as well as developers on aspects of debt restructuring, security enforcement, infrastructure projects, structured financing, recovery of loans and banking and insolvency matters. He is advising leading banks, office-holders and ARCs in various cases under the new Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
He specializes in project and project finance and focuses mainly on oil & gas, telecom and port sectors. He advises both lenders and developers in the infrastructure sector and has acted for many key players in this space.
