Profile

Risham Garg is Associate Professor of Law at NLU Delhi. He also holds the positions of Executive Director, Center for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL); Director, Centre for Regulatory Studies (CRS); and Associate Dean, Department of Alumni Affairs at NLU, Delhi.

In 2019, he served as the Academic Consultant to the British High Commission and CII Project on ‘Implementation of Cross-Border Insolvency and Individual Insolvency in India’. His current research engagements include projects on Real-Estate Insolvency and Black Money Act.

Research Interests

His areas of interest include Bankruptcy Insolvency & Restructuring, Entrepreneurship Policy, Transnational Commercial Laws, Private International Law, Regulation and Public Policy.
