Profile

Sudhir has completed M.Phil and PhD in International Law from Jawaharlal Nehru University – New Delhi under the guidance of Prof. B.S. Chimni and Prof. Bharat H. Desai, respectively. His areas of interest include Public International Law, Critical Legal Theories, International Law of the Sea and International Trade and Investment Law. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER), Goa. Prior to this he was working as an Assistant Professor at VIT-AP School of Law. He is a member of European Society of International Law, Asian Society of International Law and Indian Society of International Law. He has presented in prestigious international law conferences in India and abroad. He recognises himself as a Critical International Legal Scholar.
