Profile

Nikita previously worked at the KIIT University, where she taught courses such as ‘Law of Torts’ and ‘Sentences and Sentencing.’ Her primary areas of interest include criminal law and laws concerning women and children. Her recent research focuses on conducting a judicial analysis of factors contributing to low conviction rates in cases of trafficking of persons (Section 370 IPC) in New Delhi.
