Profile

Pallavi is interested in public policy, urban governance, and climate resilience. Her work includes studying transnational municipal networks, resilience-oriented urban planning, and community-driven partnerships for climate action. Her research articles have been published in journals such as Policy Sciences and BMC Public Health, and she has presented her work at multiple international and national conferences.

She has received the Regunath Research Fellowship, sponsored by the S.P. Jain Institute of Management Research, the Fulbright-Kalam Climate Fellowship for Doctoral Research, sponsored by the United States – India Educational Foundation, and the Li Ka Shing Foundation scholarship, for her academic work.

Prior to joining her PhD, Pallavi worked as a research lead for a British Council-funded project studying cultural heritage for inclusive economic growth. She also currently serves as Associate & Guest Editor for the Journal of City Climate Policy and Economy, a University of Toronto Press publication.
