Profile
Rachita is a partner at Wadhwa Law Offices in Bengaluru, where she provides legal counsel and support to clients. Her specialisation primarily lies in laws relating to general corporate and venture capital. Her clients include early and growth stage businesses, founders, and investors. Prior to joining Wadhwa Law Offices, she worked with NovoJuris Legal in Bengaluru, Trilegal in Delhi, and Talwar Thakore & Associates in Mumbai.
She has been involved in academia as a Visiting Faculty at the National Law School of India University since November 2021. She has taught courses on ‘Foundations of Equity Fund Raising’ and ‘Whipping up a Contract.’ She has also explored entrepreneurship, and nurtured her passion for photography and story telling by venturing into her own business, ‘Rachita Nadig Photography,’ a wedding photography and film company operating from Delhi and Goa.
