Profile

Rahul Mohanty is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. He teaches subjects related to public international law. He has earlier taught courses on International Law and Armed Conflict, International Climate Change Law, International Financial Institutions, Environmental Law, International Law and Settlement of Disputes and Theoretical Approaches to International Law. In addition to this, he is also editor of the Jindal Global Law Review, and a member of the IUCN-World Commission on Environmental Law. He has previously taught at NALSAR University of Law, and has also been a visiting faculty at NLSIU for the November 2022 trimester.

Research Interests

His research interests broadly include public international law. His current interests include international courts, global institutions, climate change, corporations and international law and critical approaches to international law.
