Profile
S. A. Karthik is a legal professional of over 30 years PQE. Since his graduation from NLSIU, he has acquired experience across various areas of legal practice. He was in-house counsel for Sasken Communication Technologies in the early 2000s. Since 2010, he has been running Quasar Legal, a general corporate law practice. As a General Corporate Law Practitioner, he deals with clients across sectors, including fintech, manufacturing, IT, education and training, sports, healthcare. He also works extensively with start-ups and incubators.
Karthik lectures at and advises IIM, Bangalore and IIM, Udaipur. When he is not engaging with the law, he is honing his skills as a practitioner and teacher of South Indian classical music.
