Profile

Sai Muralidhar Kolisetty is an Assistant Professor at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He holds a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge and has previously worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he conducted research at the intersection of insolvency law, systemic risk, taxation, and financial regulation.

His research spans international taxation, corporate law, institutional design, and technology regulation, with a particular interest in comparative frameworks across the EU, UK, and India. He is currently engaged in research examining how international tax standards, developed by the EU & OECD, interact with the fiscal sovereignty and developmental priorities of Global South economies, and what more equitable multilateral frameworks might look like in an era of digitalisation.

Outside of his academic work, he has a deep interest in motorsports, history, and artisanal food cultures.
