Profile

Shrutanjaya is a practising lawyer at the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court and the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi. His practice areas are constitutional law, criminal law, service law and arbitration law. On the academic side, Shrutanjaya researches and writes on issues of constitutional interpretation, judicial process, preventive detention, freedom of speech, reservations and religious freedom.
