Profile

Varsha Hittinhalli is an advocate practicing before High Court of Karnataka, district courts, tribunals, as well as regulatory commissions in Karnataka. She started her career as a corporate lawyer dealing with private equity transactions and general corporate advisory. From the year 2016, Varsha has been a part of reputed dispute resolution teams gaining diverse experience in civil and commercial litigation practice. From 2023, she runs her independent practice and has been a visiting faculty at NLSIU from 2024.

With her experience and exposure to the reality of litigation practice, she weaves strategical analysis and reasoning while imparting legal education. Being extremely passionate about her litigation practice, she strives to instill the same in the students.
