Dr Aparna Chandra, Professor (Law), Dr Noor Ameena, Assistant Professor (Law), Ms Ronjini Ray, Assistant Professor (Law), Mr Manish, Assistant Professor (Law) and other faculty members from NLSIU, participated in the 23rd Annual Asian Law Institute (ASLI) Conference held at Jakarta, Indonesia on June 3rd and 4th, 2026. Hosted by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, this year’s conference centered on the theme ‘Empowering Asia’s Rise: Legal Knowledge for Sustainability, Justice, and Regional Integration’.

Dr Mrinal Satish, Professor (Law), Dr Aarti Mundkur Assistant Professor (Law), Ms Bhanu Tanwar, Assistant Professor (Law), Mr Kunal Ambasta, Assistant Professor (Law), and other faculty members from NLSIU, participated in the 3rd Annual Conference of the ALSA Criminal Law Chapter at Jakarta, Indonesia on 2nd June 2026. Prof. Mrinal Satish is the co-chair of the ALSA Criminal Law Chapter.
