Call for Quotations | Evaluation of Project on Ensuring Food Security for Marginalized People in India | Centre for Child and the Law

The Centre for Child and the Law (CCL), National Law School of India University (NLSIU) is seeking proposals from eligible agencies/consultants for evaluation of one of its projects on ensuring food security for marginalized people in India through advocacy and capacity building on the National Food Security Act, 2013. The project seeks to establish a well-connected and strongly capacitated network of monitoring, evaluation and grievance redressal institutions that contribute to the effective implementation of NFSA, 2013 and contribute to the existing body of evidence/knowledge based on sustainable models of food security in India.

Objective of the Evaluation: To evaluate the project’s effectiveness in accomplishing its stated objectives, as outlined in the Outcome Impact Matrix (Proposal), using the OECD-DAC criteria (Relevance, Effectiveness, Impact, Efficiency, Sustainability and Coherence). The evaluation will also examine any potential cross-cutting considerations, such as gender and environmental impact, if applicable.

Timeline/ Duration of the Evaluation: It is anticipated that the consultancy period would be a period of 3 months starting from the date of contract signing.
