Nandini Bhatia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Nottingham, where her research examined the effectiveness of United Nations diplomatic mechanisms and sanctions within the framework of the JCPOA, with a focus on the challenges of multilateral diplomacy in complex geopolitical contexts. She completed her undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts, specialising in International Relations and Political Science, from Christ University, Bengaluru.
Her work spans policy research, analytical writing, and programme development, with a focus on governance, global development, and institutional effectiveness. She has produced research-based publications and policy analyses engaging with issues of public policy, socio-economic development, and political institutions. She has also contributed to academic scholarship through peer review, including for the Journal of World Affairs: Voice of the Global South (WAJ).
In addition to her research work, she has taught research methods, helping students develop analytical and critical thinking skills.
Her research interests include international security, public policy, and institutional reform, with a particular interest in legal and governance frameworks.
