Nataraj G. M. joined the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) as Assistant Manager – Finance in August 2026. He is a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and business process improvement. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, Import Export, Forex, payroll, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC & SEZ compliances, MIS reporting, ERP-based financial operations, and internal financial controls.

Prior to joining NLSIU, he worked in the aerospace manufacturing industry, where he managed end-to-end finance and accounting functions, ensured compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinated internal and external audits, prepared financial statements and management reports, and supported strategic financial decision-making. He also completed his CA articleship, which provided him with comprehensive practical exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate law, financial reporting, and compliance across diverse industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and a Master of Commerce (M.Com.). He is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity, transparency, and accountability, and is passionate about leveraging sound financial management practices to support institutional excellence and sustainable growth.
