Rucha Zade is passionate about connecting with people and has experience in people-oriented roles.

With more than four years of experience in People and Culture, Rucha has always worked in people-facing roles in companies like Accelalpha. She has managed recruitment, onboarding and performance management. Rucha has honed her communication, presentation, and social skills through various internships and work experiences in media, consulting, and the IT sector.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Mount Carmel College following which she completed her post-graduation in Corporate Communication from Christ University, Bangalore.

Outside of work, she enjoys being a plant mom and exploring new places in and around the city.
