Samriddhi read for her B.A.,LL.B. (Hons) from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) and finished her LL.M. (Human Rights Law) from the Central European University, Vienna, on a scholarship. She is currently working at NLSIU in the capacity of a Research Assistant for a project on the Criminal Justice System.

Prior to this, she was working as a Legal Research Consultant at the National Human Rights Commission. Her interest areas include feminist jurisprudence, gender-based violence, the criminal justice system, and international Human rights law.
