Vandana has more than six and half years of work experience in the HR domain, specifically in the areas of Compensation and Benefits and HR operations. She has previously worked as a Process Specialist at Infosys BPM Limited and as an HR Service Delivery Associate with Accenture Limited. At NLSIU, she manages processes across the recruitment life cycle across teaching, non-teaching, and research roles.

She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Vidhya Vardhaka College of Engineering. She completed her B. Com Degree from Basudev Somani College, Mysore.

Outside of work, Vandana enjoys semi-classical dance forms and loves travelling.
