Profile

Shivani Singhal is an Advocate at Arista Chambers, Bangalore. Shivani’s practice focuses on dispute resolution with particular emphasis on arbitration. She has represented clients in investment treaty arbitrations, ad hoc arbitrations and arbitrations conducted under the rules of various international arbitral institutions. She has also acted for clients in arbitration-related legal proceedings before Indian courts, including proceedings for setting aside of awards and enforcement of awards. Shivani regularly provides advice on contentious matters and assists clients in evaluating legal options.

Before joining Arista Chambers, Shivani worked at Clifford Chance in London/ Amsterdam and S&R Associates in New Delhi. She is a dual qualified lawyer (India and the UK).
