Profile
Vineeth Krishna E is a Senior Research Associate & Editor at the Centre for Law and Policy Research, Bengaluru (CLPR), where he leads the Constitution & Governance team. His work focuses on interdisciplinary academic research and public education around the Indian Constitution. At CLPR, Vineeth played a key role in establishing the ConstitutionofIndia.net platform which he continues to lead. The platform is the world’s largest and most popular digital archive on Indian constitutional and political history. He was also instrumental in setting up the Supreme Court Observer (scobserver.in) website during its incubation at CLPR.
He is also Co-Investigator for the Pluralist Agreement and Constitutional Transformation (PACT) project, a multi-year international collaboration that received the prestigious Arts and Humanities Research Council (UK) grant to produce cutting-edge, multidisciplinary scholarship and digital archival resources on India’s constitutional founding.
Vineeth has designed and taught 50+ workshops on Indian constitutional and political thought for undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral students and professionals at institutions including NLU Delhi, JNU, TISS Mumbai, St. Stephen’s College, IIT Bombay, NLSIU Bengaluru, UCLA School of Law, L.A, and Law Clerks at the Supreme Court of India.
He has collaborated with and advised domestic and international agencies on constitutional research and public education projects, including the Government of Karnataka, the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the United States Embassy in New Delhi.
