Policy monitoring and evaluation is a skill that needs to be developed to become consumers of evidence-based research work. This course will develop the ability in students to understand monitoring and evaluation of policies with technical and practical exposure. How are policies eventually evaluated? This course will expose students to various methods of monitoring and evaluating policies in addition to making them understand the nuances of the evaluation space in India and the world.
