Profile 

Ashwin Mishra works in the area of Dispute Resolution with a specialisation in Arbitration Law, Mediation practice & Inter-State Dispute Resolution. He is an Accredited Mediator with the Certification from the Center for Conflict Resolution, Los Angeles, U.S.A. He currently serves as the Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Law at RVU University School of Law, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Prior to joining academia, he worked as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Team at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Attorneys, in New Delhi. He is a qualified Advocate, and a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. He has experience working with and advising clients from both India and abroad, while also appearing for them in disputes before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, as well as several quasi-judicial forums and arbitral tribunals.

He has also previously served as the Assistant Professor of Law at the Jindal Global Law School, O. P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana (JGLS). In addition to teaching a wide range of law subjects both in the public law and private law realm, he worked as the Associate Dean for Systems, Processes & Special Initiatives at JGLS.
