Profile
Kaustav is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has practiced extensively in civil and commercial matters before the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and various other courts and tribunals in Delhi.
His research interests include private law, legal theory, and legal history, with a particular focus on the law of contract and private law remedies. Previously, he was at Jindal Global Law School, where he taught courses in Law of Contracts and Commercial Contract Drafting.
