Profile

Mahima’s research interests lie in doctrinal and critical approaches to property rights, environmental law, and international human rights law. Prior to joining NLSIU, she taught core papers in property law and environmental law at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS).

Following her graduation, she received the Samuel Pisar Travelling Fellowship in Human Rights from the Bonavero Institute at Oxford and undertook a judicial fellowship at the Supreme Court of Namibia.
