Shivendra’s research interests include laws surrounding virtual property, intellectual property rights, encryption, cyber laws and emerging questions of technology regulation. Through his work, he aims to contribute to the evolving discourse on the intersection of law, digital economies and technological innovation.
He has practised as an advocate, focussing on property law and intellectual property disputes. He was also a Teaching Assistant at NLSIU, supporting faculty in course delivery, research and academic activities.
Shivendra earned his BA LLB (Hons) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab and completed his LLM from NLSIU.
