Lalu John’s practice focuses on venture capital transactions, private equity transactions and mergers & acquisitions. He also advises clients on governance, joint ventures, and all types of commercial contracts. He also regularly advises clients on exchange control regulations and on Indian law issues in relation to inbound investments and cross-border acquisitions of Indian entities. He has extensive experience advising market-leading venture capital funds as well as emerging companies and entrepreneurs.
