This research based seminar course provides an introduction to insolvency law from a practitioner’s
perspective. It will run over twenty seminars of two hours each.
This is an elective course.
The choice of materials is a mix of statute and case law.
The statutory materials include the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations issued
thereunder.
The method of teaching will be the Socratic method.
