RG921 | Regulatory Governance

Regulation as a tool of policy design and implementation is the subject matter of this course. As part of the course, apart from theories of regulation, the participants gain understanding on regulatory frameworks in
different sectors and contexts. Participants also gain the skills of regulatory impact analysis. As part of the course, several sectoral workshops (e.g. electricity, water, telecom) are organized on the initiatives of small groups of
participants.
