It is preferred that the students have studied the main areas of substantive law. Describe how you have approached the course. What have you included/excluded and why? Choice of materials: primary or secondary readings / case law/ case materials; Describe your pedagogical method: lectures, Classroom exercises and take home exercises; Describe the layout of the course: Module 1:- Students learn the elements, structure and purpose of drafting. Module 2:- Students learn the specific elements of each kind of draft and practice some of these elements. The drafting exercises are intended to initiate students into the thought processes involved in drafting. Module 3:- Interdisciplinary tools and tips to turn a good draft into a great draft.
