DCC1066 | Drafting of Commercial Contracts

The objective of the course is to acquaint students with the drafting of commercial documents such as domestic and international arbitration clauses, term sheets, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements and other such documents from a practitioner’s and well as a transaction lawyer’s perspective. The course will cover key concepts such as understanding issues related to rights of first refusal, representations, and warranties, startup funding, etc.
