IPP900 | Introduction to Public Policy

This course introduces the discipline of public policy. As an introductory course, how different individual courses in the two-year programme are intimately connected with the public policy question is discussed. At the end of the course, students’ expected learning outcomes are  understanding about the defining features of public policy, its historical origin, different theoretical orientations of public policy, distinction of public policy and law and their interconnections.

This is a two-credit course. 30 hours of class room interaction with course facilitator is organised through four modules.
