Profile
She is a Partner in the Capital Markets practice at the Bangalore office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has 10 years of experience in the capital market practice with a special focus on REITs. She has advised clients across a wide array of sectors on various capital raising transactions, including IPOs, QIPs and debt issuances. She has also represented several marquee investors on various private equity investments. Over the last few years, she has been extensively involved in the setting up and listing of real estate investment trusts in India. She is a member of the Bar Council of India.
