Profile

She is a Public Policy specialist with research experience in education, health and public expenditure. Her special interest includes understanding how technology interacts with various kinds of social sector implementations and how it can lead to inclusion/exclusion from the system. She has reviewed various technology related policy implementation processes and published her findings. She has a wide range of publications in her field and has recently started sharing her on-field and research experience through course work for Master’s in Public Policy and B.A.L.L.B students.

Research Work

Currently working on trying to understand transformative potential and limitations of use of technology in the Indian public policy context. I propose to analyse development schemes, across different sectors, in India through technological lens, with gender as a cross-cutting theme.
