NLSIU offers One-Year LL.M. Degree programme in two distinct and separate Branches of specialization:
(i) BUSINESS LAWS and
(ii) HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS.
Candidates have an option to join either. The admission to the chosen branch will be determined by the inter-se ranking at the CLAT. Once admitted to a chosen branch, the admission is final and is not open to change. Visit https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/ for admission details.
The LL.M. programme is based on the Trimester system. In each trimester four courses are offered for study. In all these subjects, national and international dimensions are properly highlighted. During the third and last trimester, students will be required to undergo writing dissertation. Students will be required to undergo mandatory internships during the academic break between second and third trimester and also participate in the weekly seminar presentations. These two exercises are part of Curriculum.
