Ka’law’kriti

About Us

Ka‘law’kriti is a student-led collective that curates regular art-based activities to encourage creative expression amidst the rigour of law school life. The club’s signature events include Pub Pools, where students gather to paint, sketch, doodle, or craft in an open, collaborative setting. These sessions are designed to be low-pressure and restorative, creating a judgment-free zone for expression.

Another popular initiative is Cubbon Paints, where students head out to Cubbon Park for art sessions. These outings combine the joy of Bengaluru’s green spaces with art and community, offering a refreshing escape and a chance to engage with the city through creative lenses.

Beyond regular events, Ka‘law’kriti also collaborates with other committees and activity-based groups to bring artistic flair to campus-wide events, be it through decor, poster-making, or installations. The club also intends to host workshops, art competitions, and an art festival. Ka‘law’kriti continues to explore new media and themes. The aim is to make art an integral part of campus life and to serve as a platform where students can experiment, unwind, and connect.
